A joyride of one of the latest MAN NL323F's to join SMRT's fleet.
Traditionally, the A22s that SMRT ordered come with ZF 6 AP 1700B transmissions, but starting with SMB1579B onwards, the transmission has been switched to the Voith DIWA 864.5.
The Voith DIWA 864.5 is a transmission known for its smooth power delivery and nearly jerk-free operation, as well as the fabled "Voith Whistle" which kicks in when the bus is slowing down.
